Divine Poshak Studio delivers products across India. Orders are processed and shipped through our delivery partners based on the delivery location and service availability.
The estimated delivery time for orders is 3–8 business days.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service availability, public holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated according to the order value and the shipping policy mentioned above.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM IST (GMT+05:30).
Orders are processed on Monday to Saturday.
The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the time the order is placed, order processing/handling time and the transit time required by the delivery partner.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be processed on the next applicable working day.
Delivery Areas
We provide delivery services across India, subject to the availability of courier services at the customer's address.
Some remote or service-restricted locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible delivery locations within Delhi NCR.
COD availability may depend on the customer's exact delivery address and courier service availability.
COD is not available for delivery locations outside Delhi NCR. Customers outside Delhi NCR can use the available online payment methods at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
The standard estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days.
The delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier network, public holidays, weather, operational conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery estimates may also be adjusted when an order is placed around a public holiday or non-working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the available communication method associated with your order.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information when placing an order.
Delays or additional shipping requirements caused by an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery address may affect the delivery time.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may make delivery attempts according to its standard delivery procedures. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the provided address.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or the shipment is otherwise undeliverable, the courier may return the shipment according to its applicable procedures.
